That opened the door to my next move: becoming Director of Sales at one of Central Florida's largest real estate firms. There, I recruited 100+ agents and helped lead a sales force that closed over $400 million in volume under my leadership.
But I saw something bigger. Beauty professionals had all the talent — but none of the systems.
So I partnered with my wife and made the leap. Today, I'm the Chief Operating Officer of Beauty Biz Pro, one of the world's largest marketing agencies for beauty and sales-based businesses. I've helped 1,000+ entrepreneurs generate leads, convert clients, and scale through proven systems — via live trainings, webinars, and personalized coaching.
